| A: Click on the Artwork link at the top of your screen to view the full catalog of my work. Items are displayed most-recent first. There are Next and Prev. buttons at the top and bottom of each page which you can use to move forward and backward through the catalog. |

| Q: Are all your paintings framed? What kind of frames do you use? |
| All paintings are framed unless indicated otherwise. We do our own framing, but all pieces for sale here are framed to gallery standards.

| If you prefer not to use a credit card, we also accept International Money Orders, which you can purchase at your bank or postal outlet. If sending a Money Order, please ensure that it can be cashed in Canada. |

| A: We charge a flat-rate of $25.00 for insured shipping & handling. |

| A: We ship via CanadaPost ExpressPost, and will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If your location is not served by ExpressPost then we will use another courier to send your order. |

| A: We try to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of payment. |
